Tech Rehab was created from practical experience operating cellphone, laptop, accessories and gadgets businesses in South Africa. Through CelluWorld and its associated retail locations, the team developed real knowledge of customer service, technical repairs, accessories retail, store operations and after-sales support.

That experience is not theory. It comes from thousands of conversations across a shop counter — explaining what went wrong, quoting honestly, and handing a device back working.

Who we are

MB "Tech Rehab LLC" ("Tech Rehab", "we", "us"), company ID 308073398, registered office Girulių g. 5, Vilnius, Lithuania, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our repair services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Lithuanian data protection law.

What we collect

• Contact data — name, phone number, email address, when you contact us or book a repair.
• Repair data — device model, serial or IMEI number and fault description, needed to carry out and record the repair.
• Transaction data — invoice records. We do not store card numbers.

Why we process it

• To perform the repair agreement with you.
• To meet legal obligations such as invoicing, accounting and tax.
• For our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping repair records.
• With your consent, for any marketing messages.

Data on your device

We repair hardware. We do not access, copy or view the personal content of your device unless you expressly ask us to carry out data recovery. We recommend backing up before any repair.

How long we keep it

Accounting records are kept for the period required by Lithuanian law. Enquiry data is kept no longer than necessary.

Who we share it with

Only our accountant, payment and IT providers, and state authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact techrehab2018@gmail.com. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI).

How we use them

The company

These terms apply to services and products provided by MB "Tech Rehab LLC", company ID 308073398, registered office Girulių g. 5, Vilnius, Lithuania ("the Company").

Quotations

Diagnosis is free of charge. A written quotation is provided before repair begins, and work starts only after you approve it. If you decline, the device is returned at no cost.

Proof of ownership

We may request proof of identity and ownership. We do not service devices reported lost, stolen or blacklisted.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Customers are responsible for backing up their own data.

Consumer rights

Your statutory rights under Lithuanian and EU consumer law are not affected by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may refer disputes to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Diagnosis and quotation

Every device receives a free diagnosis. You receive a written quotation covering parts and labour before any work begins.

Repair outcomes

We carry out repairs with care and appropriate parts. Some faults — particularly liquid damage, severe physical damage and certain board-level failures — cannot be guaranteed to be repairable. We will tell you honestly what we find before proceeding.

Data

Please back up your device before repair. While screen, battery and port repairs do not normally affect data, we cannot accept liability for data loss during hardware repair.

Warranty

Warranty terms for each repair are confirmed in writing at the time of the quotation and printed on your invoice.

Collection

Please collect repaired devices promptly. Uncollected devices are handled in accordance with Lithuanian civil law after written reminders.

Replacement parts used in repairs are described accurately at the time of quotation. Where a part is not an original manufacturer part, we will tell you.
